Following the game CityVille 2, The Friend Game, and Party Place a retired some time ago, now Zynga announced it would close as many as four other titles.
As reported by Slashgear (26/4), four game titles that will be retired by Zynga is The Ville, Empires & Allies, Dream Zoo, and Zynga City on Tencent.
If previous CityVille 2, The Friend Game, and Party Place retired because performance has been unsatisfactory, now four other games suffer the same fate that closed in order to reduce operational costs.
According to Zynga CEO, Mark Pincus, the company will even stop the development of two other games which have not been released.
Zynga just want a game that can make the game developers back in the ranks of the top game developers. Because this time the popularity of Zynga slumping, so it really needs a game that can give high popularity in the long run.
